- All congress attendees will be required to register by on-line registration system. Confirmation will be provided upon receipt of payment. Credit card payment will be in NT dollars. The approximate exchange rate at the time of printing was 1 US dollar to 30 Taiwan dollars.
- Residents & Fellows must upload a verification letter from their program director to qualify for the reduced rate.
- Medical Students must upload an official letter from their chair of the department of medicine to qualify for the reduced rate.
- The fee for Medical Students does not include the official tour & Gala dinner on 30th November.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration can be made by e-mail to conference secretariat before Oct. 31.
Refund:
Before Sep. 30 : 50% refund.
Oct. 1 - Oct. 31 : 20% refund.
After Nov. 1 : No refund.
All approved refunds will only be processed after the Conference
