Short horizontal incision technique is regarding as one of the modification on the vertical incision procedures. My preferable technique is superior medial pedicle technique. The detailed technical informations are related to proper new-nipple-areolar position. En-bloc resection, bilateral pedical fixation, new IMF fixation and creation in upper position.
