In Taiwan, gender confirmation surgeries have seen significant development, yet some transgender patients still struggle with societal acceptance due to the persistence of masculine facial features even after undergoing surgery. LinKou Chang Gung Hospital embarked on gender confirmation surgeries in 2022, concurrently focusing on the development of facial feminization procedures. This presentation aims to elucidate LinKou Chang Gung Hospital's surgical experiences and techniques in facial feminization procedures.
