Mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes (MSC-exos) are signaling molecules within tissues to regulate physiological functions. They can be used as therapeutics due to their effects of tissue regeneration, angiogenesis, and immuno-modulation. Potential use of MSC-exos in dermatology includes skin rejuvenation, pigment regulation, proper wound healing, scar improvement, hair growth, and immune-mediated dermatoses. This presentation covers introduction of exosomes, product profile, study review, and sharing preliminary clinical results.
