The application of different methods in head and neck reconstructions has been widely developed in recent years. Which and be very helpful but some may be only fancy. For plastic surgeons, we should be eager beavers in pursuing precision and beauty. Fortunately, we now have many choices in out toolbox. Here we present our experiences about how we do for the clinical cases, including CAD/CAM, navigation system, intraoperative imaging, and different ways of dealing with soft tissue.
