  • Recurrent atypical lipomatous spindle cell tumor over right forearm

A case with right forearm atypical lipomatous spindle cell tumor, with recurrent and multiple times of tumor resection. And post operative adjuvant therapy with CCRT was done.
ASPLT(atypical lipomatous spindle cell tumor) commonly manifests a soft tissue mass in both upper and lower extremities.Tumor margins were often ill defined with invasion into surrounding tissues. It's a rare soft tissue tumor with mostly over extremities and sometimes over abdominal wall. With recurrent rate approximately 10%, mostly not aggressive and rarely distant metastasis.
Here we present a case with right forearm recurrent ASPLT with multiple times of recurrent even after CCRT, and tumor wide excision.
