In recent years, the amount of female genital cosmetic surgeries rapidly increased, mainly influent by the online image, self awareness, exercise and modern outfit style. The increased percentage of labiaplasty worldwide is 73% within 4 years. Actually, in some countries, the growth is double or triple. Also in Taiwan, labiaplasty is very trendy nowadays. Literatures have confirmed that labiaplasty is a safe surgery with high satisfaction and low complication rate. Labiaplasty seems simple, can we make it more delicate and what are the pearls of the surgery? We will focus on our personal experience instead of repeating the knowledge of labiaplasty in literatures.
