Abstract:
Breast size is often the key to patient’s satisfaction in breast augmentation. Thanks to the evolution of new prostheses and technology, it is not much difficult for plastic surgeons to make the natural results in normal breast augmentation. However, how to meet the patients’ expectations of large breasts rather than reject them due to uncertain reasons is really an issue that plastic surgeons must take seriously. Unfortunately, the implant selection and advanced skills in performing large breast augmentation is still a very challenging project. In this presentation Dr. Chuang will illustrate his surgical concept, pre-operative design, detail skills and years of experience in using large-sized breast implants. He will also share some cases to verify that even large breast implants can achieve both aesthetic and natural results without additional procedure like fat transplantation in his breast augmentation.
