Purpose:
This study report the experiences of treating lateral brow ptosis.

Materials and Method:
From Aug. 2008 to July 2020 lateral brow ptosis were treated with
1. Lateral upper blepharoplasty
2. Direct brow lift
3. Hairline brow lift
We have collected 120 cases and followed them for 10yrs.

Results:
24 cases received upper lateral blepharoplasty, 12 cases received hairline brow lift; and 84 cases received combining procedure. Follow up showed good correction with satisfactory results.

Conclusion:
Treatment of lateral brow ptosis yielded satisfactory results.
