Abstract
Robotic-assisted techniques are a tremendous revolution in modern surgery, and the advantages and indications were well discussed in different specialties. However, the use of robotic technique in plastic and reconstructive surgery is still very limited, especially in the field of peripheral nerve reconstruction. However, it is a powerful weapon that extend the microsurgery from superficial body into the deep cavity. Since 2017, we started to intervene this filed and developed “Robotic Sympathetic Trunk Reconstruction” to overcome the adverse effect after previous endodcopic thoracic sympathectomy for the regional hyperhidrosis. The indication, surgical technique, and the outcome of the patients will show in this talk.
