Objective:
A 70 y/o female has underlying of cosmetic filler injection when when she was young, however, burning injury was suffered years ago, and severe scar contracture formation made her more depressed, thus she turn to our clinics for following treatment
Material and methods:
After upper eyelid local flap for ectropian and many times IPL and Fractional laser, scar contracture has been improving within these years.
Result:
The patient felt less depressed in mood and keep laser treatment, scar getting soft and dismorphic color getting more like normal skin color and texture
Conclusion:
Patient satisfied these combined aesthetic treatment and more confident to her face
