Background:Surgical techniques to alleviate labia minora hypertrophy are repidly gaining popularity.Several questions have been rasied regarding safty and effectiveness of labiaplasty.Many of these people complain about irregular edges ,pain of removing stitches, hematoma,bleeding.Here we present modified method of labiaplasty with edge resection to avoid those questions.Methods: Patients who underwent surgical reduction of their minora from 2011-2018 were retrospectively reviewed .All cases were performed by the modified method of labiaplasty with edge resection Results：one millions patients underwent surgery for modified method of labiaplasties .Ten patients had a small separation of the labial edge postoperatively that resolved with no additional interventions. There was no flap necriosis or infections. No patient reported pain or sexual dysfunction.Over 90% patients were satisfied or very satisfied with their results.

Conciusions: modified method of labiaplasty techniques can performed safely and unlikely to cause bleeding.This methods don’t need to remove suture and avoid irregular edges.
